IMPRINT X WOMEN FOR CHANGE

Fashion that fights for women.

This Women’s Month, Imprint South Africa is proud to present our most meaningful collaboration yet – Women for Change – a limited-edition capsule range that fuses fashion, storytelling, and activism.

Each garment in this collection was created in collaboration with five iconic South African women:

  • Zikhona Sodlaka – Actress and storyteller
  • Penny Lebyane – Broadcaster and activist
  • Lerato Sengadi – Publicist and media personality
  • Pabi Moloi – Broadcaster and presenter

These women have lent their voices and visions to garments that honour women’s strength, resilience, and courage.

About Imprint

About Imprint South Africa

Imprint South Africa is a multi-award-winning fashion brand rooted in African heritage, reimagined for the modern world. Founded by Creative Director Mzukisi Mbane, the brand has become a celebrated voice in South African fashion, known for its bold prints, intricate storytelling, and unapologetic celebration of identity.

Over more than a decade, Imprint has dressed cultural icons, graced the stages of Africa’s leading fashion weeks, and earned recognition as South Africa’s Best Heritage & Cultural Designer at the Fashion Industry Awards SA, Outstanding Fashion Textile Designer 2025.
Each collection is a canvas — weaving together personal histories, cultural narratives, and powerful social commentary.

Our work extends beyond the runway. Imprint is committed to advocacy through design, using fashion to spark dialogue on issues such as gender-based violence, women’s rights, and LGBTQIA+ visibility. Every garment tells a story — of resilience, of beauty, of the power to create change.

From the streets of Johannesburg to the global stage, Imprint stands as a testament to Africa’s timeless influence and limitless creativity. We don’t just make clothes — we make statements that last.
